Terms and Conditions
We accept returns on products that arrive damaged. We do not refund for mp3 digital downloads.
Please contact us and include the following:
- your name
- order number
- order date
- name of the product you wish to return
- reason for return
When you return an item, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding original shipping charges. Return shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for (ground only) shipping with return or you will not be refunded.
Please contact us if you have any problems with lost or damaged packages and we will address the specific situation. In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include pictures of the packaging and specific damage.
For International Deliveries, we currently only work with the UK Postal Service (Royal Mail). In our experience, UPS, FedEx, and DHL prove to be very expensive services.
How long will it take to deliver your order?
- Orders are processed and out for shipment within 5 days of your order (whenever possible). Once out, add…2 to 4 weeks with First Class Mail International. Our experience has been approximately 14 business days for deliveries with this class of postage depending on destination country and time of year, but we allow 4 weeks before deeming a package lost.
Please note that you will NOT be given a tracking number for your order. Items are mailed with a UK PO Proof of Posting which simply lets you know the UK post office has received the package. Once the package arrives in the destination country, it is in the hands of your local postal service.
Customs and Duties
Please note that you will be responsible to pay any duties and customs generated in the course of delivering your package. These are completely in the hands of the customs authorities of your home country and rates and fees are not available for us to quote or estimate.
As a matter of policy to protect our relationship with the various customs agencies, we DO NOT alter the value of your package. We apologize, but we can’t risk our business.
If you haven’t received a download link following a purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting us. If you use Gmail, check your archives (it may have skipped the inbox). If still nothing, contact us.
If you’ve experienced problems downloading a purchase or if a file appears to be missing, please contact us. It might be a lapse between our store and our digital delivery service.
We offer 320kbps MP3 files for most releases. We do not offer FLAC partially due to the cost of hosting and also due to the small demand. FLAC also can’t be played on an iPod/iTunes.
